Q: How long have you been involved in the beauty industry, and how did your career journey begin?

A: Between us, we have over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry! 
Nancy: I’ve been in the industry for 14 years. My journey began with my family constantly asking me to style their hair. I discovered I had a natural knack for it, pursued my license, and started working professionally in 2009. Since then, I’ve found my niche in hair extensions, inspired by my personal experience with thinning hair caused by hormone and thyroid issues.
Victoria: I’ve been professionally involved in the hair industry for 12 years, but it feels like my whole life! I grew up in a family of hairstylists—my mom, grandma, and sister were all in the business. I spent my childhood surrounded by salons, and it was only natural to follow in their footsteps. I started freelancing, doing weddings and styling, then moved into salon work before finally stepping into ownership.

Q: How long has your salon been in business?

A: We’ve been in business for almost two years!

Q: What is the story behind your salon’s name? Does it have any special meaning or story?

A: The name "Rêve" actually means “Dream”. It represents the flow of dreams and aspirations. Here at Reve, we focus on your dream life—transforming it into a reality through the services and experiences we provide.

Q: If you had to describe your salon in three words, what would they be and why?

A: Confidence, Beauty, Passion. 

Confidence: We love putting smiles on our clients’ faces, helping them feel empowered and confident through the transformations we create.

Beauty: This is the core of our industry. We aim to make every guest feel beautiful, inside and out.

Passion: At Rêve, we are deeply passionate about what we do. Every service we provide and every transformation we create is a reflection of the love and dedication we have for our craft.

Q: What is one Milbon product you can't live without, and why?

A: We are obsessed with the Renewing Primer from the Reawaken Collection! The scent is amazing (I’m big on scents), and it provides incredible softness, shine, and protection. Whether I’m air-drying or styling, it always leaves the hair feeling and looking fantastic. I honestly can’t live without it!

Q: Why did you decide to become a Milbon Concept Salon?

A: The alignment between Milbon’s values and our salon’s mission made it a perfect match. We were already obsessed with the products, from the shampoos and conditioners to the styling products. Once we introduced Milbon’s color line, it was a game-changer. The results were consistently outstanding, and the transition to becoming a Milbon Concept Salon felt natural. It’s been a fantastic partnership for us.

Q: Which SOPHISTONE shades or products are the stylist favorites in your salon?

A: The Sophistone Demi Color N (Natural /0) shades are consistently popular, along with the Demi Color BV (Blue Violet /16) Shades for vibrant, rich tones. For toning down brassiness, the Sophistone Permanent Color BB (Blue Blue /11) shades is a go-to. The Sophistone Demi Color BE (Beige /8) shades is another favorite for its subtle beauty—it’s bold but not overbearing, making it perfect for many clients. Overall, the entire range is wonderful, but these are the shades we use most frequently.

Q: Which Milbon products are the guests’ favorites at your salon?

A: Guests love the Strong Hold Hairspray 7, and Thickening Mist 4. Any of the primers are also a huge hit. When it comes to shampoos and conditioners, the Illuminating Glow Shampoo and Treatment are guest favorites. They deliver shine and softness that keep clients coming back for more.
